A part of the VITS Group from the very beginning of his career, Chandrakant Manjayya Shetty started as Management Trainee with The Orchid Hotel in 2001 right after his graduation from Hotel Management from Mumbai. He Oversees all the major operations including Strategic Planning, Team Management, Public Relations, Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Franchise Management, Food and Beverage Service Operations.

Amit Mehta, a Chartered Accountant by Profession. He has with him more than 15 Years of Experience in the Financial Arena in Industries like Hospitality (Hotels, Resorts and Restaurants), Software, Manufacturing and Audit Firms. His Experience lies in various facets of Finance, Accounts, Auditing, Financial Management, Development and Implementation of Financial Systems, Standard Operating Procedures, Internal Financial Control, Cost Control Measures, Cost Savings etc. He has Demonstrated hands on Management style in the development and implementation of strategic plans to ensure company growth. Achievement Oriented with inclination for accepting challenges and learning new things.

Mr. Muazzam Hidayat Ali Mirza

(Chief Engineer - Projects and Operation)

Muazzam Hidayat Ali Mirza works as the Head of the Department, responsible for overall planning, construction and maintenance of all infrastructural facilities including budgetary planning and revenue works ensuring direction of work through contractors. He is in close contact with all maintenance related teams, housekeeping and front office departments.

Mr. Sushil Rane

Admin & Purchase Manager

Sushil Rane is responsible for import export coordination, billing for local and international vendors and taking care of transportation along with the negotiations for rates. He monitors on a daily basis the tracking of shipments while documenting and making precise entries. He leads teams of over 20 members to ensure the smooth flow of all commercial activities.
